211A Visa is a social Visa that can be used to enter Indonesia/Bali. 211A Visa can be used for tourism purposes, same like VOA, but can stay in more longer period in Indonesia. 2. You can get the Visit Visa (Visa on Arrival),but you want to stay LONGER than 60 days (180 days max).
