Overview
PMA Set up allows you to open your own business in Indonesia. It can be created using full foreign capital or partially with a domestic investor.
Once you have your own PMA you can apply for a foreign investment Kitas under your own company, with Kitas you have the flexibility to enter and exit the country as you wish.

Requirements
- Company name (minimum 3 words and 3 letters)
- Minimum 2 shareholders (one as Director and one as Commissioner)
- Copy of passport for both shareholders
- Information on capital share percentage for each shareholder
- Business purpose / category
- Office address (Virtual Office service available if no physical office)
