E23 – Working KITAS

Overview

E23 - Working KITAS is a visa that allows foreign nationals to live and work in Indonesia for a specified period. It is intended for individuals who have secured employment in Indonesia and wish to reside there legally.

Eligibility

• Foreign nationals with a valid employment contract or job offer in Indonesia
• This visa is typically sponsored by the employer in Indonesia

• Notarial Deed of Company Change (if there is any change)
