Customer Responsibilities

  • You confirm that all information you provide is true, complete, and accurate.
  • You declare that you have no criminal record and will comply with all Indonesian laws during your stay.
  • You acknowledge that certain stays may require specific permits, such as a KITAS, and that you are responsible for complying with relevant regulations.
  • You are responsible for promptly informing us of any changes to your residential address during your stay.
  • You will provide all necessary documents in soft copy as requested for travel arrangements.
  • You must carefully review all itineraries, booking confirmations, and documents we provide, and notify us of any errors.
  • You agree to follow the terms and policies of all third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, and other travel providers) involved in your arrangements.

Our Responsibilities

We are committed to:

  • Providing timely and professional assistance for travel bookings and arrangements
  • Coordinating with third-party service providers on your behalf
  • Protecting your personal data in accordance with privacy requirements
  • Offering support and updates throughout your service process

Please Note: While we act on your behalf, final decisions regarding travel documents, airline changes, or hotel policies are made by the relevant third-party providers and are beyond our control.


Travel Document Policy

  • To ensure a smooth trip, please provide your passport to our office for any required travel document processing in advance.
  • Third parties cannot hold your passport. Once we receive it back from the responsible office, we’ll notify you immediately.
  • After collecting your passport from us, you’re responsible for returning it for any future renewals or extensions. We are not responsible for any fines or penalties while your passport is in your possession.
  • We can only proceed with travel document or stay permit services once all necessary documents are provided and payment is completed.
  • During your stay in Indonesia, it’s your responsibility to meet all travel document and permit requirements.

Fees and Refund Policy

  • All service fees are non-refundable once processing begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Any applicable refunds from third-party providers are subject to their own and not guaranteed by The Eagle Travel Agency.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Errors or delays caused by incorrect information you provide
  • Losses or damages due to travel document issues, flight cancellations, or other travel disruptions
  • Additional costs resulting from unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or political events)

We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your trip.


Privacy & Data Use

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data solely to fulfill your travel arrangements. This may include sharing necessary information with third parties involved in your booking, such as airlines and hotels.
