E31A – Spouse of Indonesian Citizen
Overview
The E31A KITAS is a temporary stay permit issued to foreign nationals who are legally married to an Indonesian citizen. This visa allows the foreign spouse to live in Indonesia for a certain period, with the option to extend as needed.
Eligibility
- Must be legally married to an Indonesian citizen.
- Marriage certificate must be officially recognized and registered. If married abroad, the certificate must be translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator and reported to the nearest Indonesian embassy.
- The foreign spouse must be financially supported during their stay in Indonesia.

- Spouse's KTP (ID Card)
- Spouse's KK (Family Card)
- Marriage Certificate
- Applicant’s Passport Scan
- Personal Photo (white background)
