E31 – Family KITAS
Overview
E31 - Family KITAS is a visa for family members (spouse and children). This visa allows family members to reside in Indonesia.
Eligibility
- Spouse and children (under 18) of a KITAS holder
- Foreign spouse and children (under 18) of an Indonesian citizen
- Family members can stay for the same duration as the principal KITAS holder, with the option to extend
Requirements
- Copy of Passport
- Personal Photo
- Bank Statement (last 2 months)
- Address in Indonesia/Bali
- Birth Certificate (for child)
- Marriage Certificate
- Parent’s KITAS
- Spouse KTP

Your child can stay in Indonesia for 12 Months, and this type of KITAS is extendable.
