First breakfast ,Then you will go to the village, where you can learn about Tenun Ikat, the traditional cloth of Sumba. Ikat is a technique of reserve dyeing. Before weaving, yarn bundlesare stretched on a frame, and the pattern is produced by tying into the threads,binding the bundles in the necessary places with dye-resistant fiber. the pattern of ikat is more about the beauty of their human, animal, and supernatural motif. Before weaving, you have to color the threads, and some of them use natural coloring.
On the way to Tanggedu waterfall,you will have a view of the Puru Kambera Savannah, where you can make a stop here to enjoy theambience. Tanggedu is a stunning waterfall in East Sumba, and to get into this waterfall, you need to do about 20 minutes of flat trekking and about 10 minutes of climbing the stairs. Theview that you will get along the way is really amazing.
Your lunch box will be provided. After the trekking,youwill visit PuruKambera Beach. Relax on the beach until the perfect time toenjoy the sunset.
